Mechanic
Use a mundane platform for something it was never meant to do.
Platform subversion borrows the credibility and the reach of an ordinary service and uses its format as the joke or the clue. A real-estate listing that is really an invitation is more memorable than a landing page.
It needs the platform's cooperation, or at least its tolerance, and it only works once per format.
