Hypespool respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same of everyone who uses our work. Our coverage of film marketing refers to studios', brands' and agencies' campaigns for the purposes of news reporting, criticism, review and research. We credit owners and link to original sources wherever we can.
1. Our content
The text, timelines, analysis, compilations, design and code on hypespool.com belong to Hypespool or our licensors. You may quote and cite our work with credit and a link, as described in our Terms of Service. For anything more, ask us first at contact@hypespool.com.
2. Third-party material
We do not currently publish official posters, key art, stills or trailers. Where film or brand material appears, it is used for commentary and reporting, credited to its owner, and embedded from official sources where possible. If you own material on the Site and object to its use, we will review it promptly.
3. Reporting an infringement
If you believe material on the Site infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, email contact@hypespool.com with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include:
- your name, organisation and contact details;
- a description of the work you believe is infringed, with proof or a statement of your ownership or authority;
- the exact URL of each page where the material appears, and which material it is;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
This format works for notices under India's Copyright Act, 1957 and the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
4. What happens next
We acknowledge notices within two business days, review them, and remove or disable access to material where appropriate. Where we remove something, we record it in the relevant dossier's changelog without republishing the material.
5. Counter-notices
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, send us a counter-notice with your contact details, the URL of the removed material, and the reasons you believe it should be restored. We will consider it and may share it with the person who made the original notice.
6. Repeat infringement
We will stop accepting submissions from anyone who repeatedly provides infringing material.
7. Misuse
Please do not send notices you know to be false. Misrepresenting an infringement can carry legal liability.
