Dune Insider screenings go on sale four days before release
Tickets opened for Insider screenings from 14 December in IMAX 70mm, 15 December in other IMAX theatres and 17 December in other premium formats. A 30-second spot with new footage launched with the sale. IMAX said the film has 71 minutes in its 1.90:1 expanded ratio.
Why it matters
The screenings give Dune several days in cinemas before Avengers: Doomsday opens, and turn premium formats into the reason to buy early.
AnalysisThe on-sale is in Warner Bros.' spot and on the official site's Dune Insider page; dates and IMAX figures are as reported.
