Release moved from 19 March to 4 June, citing the Middle East
Yash posted a statement that uncertainty in the Middle East affected the goal of reaching the widest audience. The move also left the 19 March date to Dhurandhar 2.
Why it matters
The Gulf is a key overseas market for Indian films. The makers chose to protect it over keeping a date two weeks away.
AnalysisThe statement was posted on Yash's accounts; the desk read it as quoted by Hindustan Times and Gulf News.
