After critics' screenings, Amazon MGM, IMAX and Fandango held early-access screenings in 18 US and Canadian cities with 70mm and IMAX 70mm projectors. Distribution chief Kevin Wilson told TheWrap the rollout was kept small to protect exclusivity.
