Teaser 1, "Steve Rogers Will Return", plays only in cinemas first
A wordless teaser of Steve Rogers on a farm with a baby played before Avatar: Fire and Ash, then went online five days later with a countdown card.
Why it matters
Holding footage in cinemas for five days rewarded moviegoers, cross-promoted Disney's other tentpole, and paid off a year of Evans denials.
